AGRICULTURE: A YOUTHS AND WOMEN FARMERS ASSOCIATIONS OF NIGERIA LAUNCHES ITS OUTFIT IN YOLA

it is all about Bringing together young people and women who are interested in agricultural. As the association has evolved, the main ethos has remained constant, to offer personal development opportunities for young people and women.
Its a unique organisation created by the talented farmers for the members, to encouraged members to think and speak for themselves. YOWFAN stands on the motto created in the 1950’s which still remains relevant today “BETTER FARMERS, BETTER COUNTRY, BETTER CITIZENS ”
Membership is open to anyone between 14 and 50 years of age, and with great minds across the nation affiliated with the association, anyone who is interested in joining will find us in LGA nearer to them. YOWFAN is for anyone who would like to be part of Agriculture, Agribusiness and ready to learn or contribute to the forum /personal development that will undoubtedly benefit them during their time as a YOWFAN member and in their future.

3. Seedlings farming
4. Information
5. Empowernment
6 Special events
7. Farmers competitions
8. Producer’s visit and Cultural displays etc.
》However members can gain as much or as little out of the association as they wish, there is no requirement to take part in any element.
: OBJECTIVES OF THE ASSOCIATION
1. To promote national Unity and peace among youths and women through Agriculture.
2. To ensure Nigerians are provided with foods and raw materials of the highest quality while maintaining affordability to consumers.
3. To champion the course of Nigerian Agriculture in embracing the very best products for domestic and international markets.
4. To draw interest of Nigeria youths and women into Agriculture and pro-actively interact with members to ensure Nigeria Agricultural practices is revived to meet the ever increasing needs and expectations of Nigeria and United Nations.
